Code of Conduct of the Company
Human rights
We respect all internationally recognized human rights, including the International Charter of Human Rights and the principles on fundamental rights set forth in the International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We strive to prevent the involvement in any violation of human rights. In any situation, we must look for ways to respect internationally recognized human rights, even when confronted with conflicting demands.
Labor standards
Freedom of association – all employees have the right to form, join or not to join trade unions or similar representative organizations, as well as participate in collective negotiations. Informing of employees and consulting with employees should be carried out in the framework of official agreements or, if they are not available, using other mechanisms.
The ban on the use of forced labor – the use of forced, bonded or compulsory labor is prohibited, employees have the right to leave the job by giving a notice in advance, in accordance with applicable law or employment contract. Employees are not required to place money or transfer identification documents to the employer.
Fair employment terms – employees must understand the terms of their employment. Wages and working conditions should be fair and reasonable and meet the minimum requirements of applicable law or industry standards, whichever are higher.
Working hours must comply with standards set by applicable laws.
Overtime work should be performed only on a voluntary basis, unless the collective agreement provides for the performance of such work under certain conditions, and (or), if that is legal, during the period of exceptional circumstances.
Exceptional circumstances include short-term business needs and natural disasters, but do not include expected peak or seasonal increases in production requirements.
Except for exceptional circumstances, employees must be granted at least two days off every seven-day period. One day off should be understood as a continuous period of at least twenty-four hours.
The use of disciplinary measures in the form of wage deductions is prohibited.
Elimination of discrimination – all employees should be treated with dignity and respect.
Any kind of discrimination based on bias or prejudice is prohibited, such as discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, children, religious beliefs, political beliefs, citizenship, ethnic origin, social origin, social status, belonging to small nations, incapacity, age, membership in associations and other principles protected by local law, depending on the circumstances.
The work of persons with equivalent experience, labor productivity and qualifications should be paid in the same way as that of the persons who perform the same work under similar working conditions.
Fair working conditions – healthy and safe working conditions and, if applicable, accommodation are provided for employees in accordance with the national legislation.
Employees are provided with relevant information and training in occupational safety and health, including, among others, safe evacuation schemes for buildings, proper handling of chemicals and machinery and their marking.
The Code of Conduct applies to all areas of the company's activities and to any person who contributes to the production of products, services and to other areas of the company's commercial activities.
